We want you to love every fabric you purchase from FaregVogue. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in their original condition.
• Fabrics sold by the yard/metre cannot be returned once cut specifically for your order unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-length fabrics
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@faregvogue.com with your order number.
2. State the reason for return and attach photos if necessary.
3. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
