All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver using Evri and Royal Mail, and also offer local pickup from our Nottingham store.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our 7 days for returns in good condition to eligible products.
Fabrics cut to the customer’s specific length cannot be returned, except if defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.

Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may proceed with a return under our return policy (if eligible).
